Rancho’s heavy duty extended cast ductile iron steering knuckle maintains optimal steering geometry and allows for precision alignment. Steering integrity is uncompromised by maintaining the stock location of the factory rack and pinion steering. Combined these features improve handling and eliminate bump steer. Ranchos exclusive high clearance one-piece sub-frame adds superior strength and stability to the vehicle and also precisely relocates the lower control arms and differential. The positioning of the differential is calibrated to correct both CV and drivetrain angles. This ensures a vibration free ride and protects components against premature wear. This system also allows for the use of the stock wheels and accommodates fitment of 35" or metric equivalent diameter tires. No drivetrain or exhaust modifications are necessary making this a complete bolt on system. The rear height is set to what Rancho considers the perfect level with new rear spacer blocks with integrated bump stop pads.

The All NEW RS9000XL Spring Seat Shock has a fixed spring seat specifically designed for Rancho’s F-150 suspension system. Rancho now offers their RS5000 series shock absorber for their lift system. The Rancho RS5000 series shock absorbers are the most affordable Rancho offers. The RS5000 has remained relatively unchanged since its release back in 1985. Additional Information:
This Rancho RS6589 / RS6589B 4" suspension lift will clear a 35x12.5x17 tire. Both the factory 17x7.5" and 18x7.5" wheels fit this kit. The maximum back space you can run with the Rancho 4" is 6.0 inches. Rancho offers the RS8718 (red) and RS8718B (black) skid plate for use with this kit. The front air dam may require slight trimming to prevent tire rub during off-road use.

Please note: This kit is available in either Rancho Red or Outlaw Black finish. Please be sure to select your kit color when placing your. The RS6589 and RS6589B kits are designed to fit Ford F150 4x4 pickup trucks built during or AFTER December 2004. If your F150 was built before December of 2004 this kit will not fit! Please note, this item will not fit All-Wheel-Drive or 8600 GVW vehicles equipped with 7-Lug Wheels!
