This Performance Accessories 3" body lift kit fits the 2003, 2004 and 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup trucks equipped with a gasoline engine. This kit will NOT fit Cummins Diesel equipped trucks! This kit is designed for use with an automatic transmission but will also work on trucks that have a manual stick shift transmission. The manual transmission shift linkage may require some modification (lengthen and bend) and this is not included with the kit. This 3" body lift kit is designed for use on standard cab (2-Door) and crew cab (4-Door) trucks and will fit both short bed and long bed models. And yes, the same body lift part number 60123 is designed to fit both the 2wd and 4wd models, including the Sport package equipped trucks. Please note, the 60123 3" Body Lift is not designed for use on Ram 1500 MegaCab trucks.
