The CST 9-11" kit uses a true 9" drop subframe that relocates the front differential down a full 9" inches. This CSS-C3-9 lift is designed to fit all 1500HD, 2500HD and 3500 SRW Heavy Duty Chevrolet and GMC trucks. Looking for a product that is designed to outlast and outperform every other kit on the market, this is the one. This CST Performance Suspension kit is listed as a 9-11" lift kit because with the addition of torsion lift keys you can adjust the height up to the full 11" of lift. Without any torsion bar modification you get a true 9" of lift! Even better, PerformanceLifts.com includes the necessary torsion keys free of charge with the purchase of the base kit!

If your 4wd 2500HD or 3500 SRW is equipped with an Allison transmission you are not required to run an aftermarket front driveshaft but it is recommended for customers that operate their truck in 4wd at high average speeds. Without the replacement front driveshaft you may pick up a high speed vibration. Our recommendation is install the kit, put the truck in 4wd and drive it. If you notice a vibration you need the driveshaft... if you don't notice any vibration the driveshaft isn't required.

CST Performance Suspension quality and craftsmanship are evident in this product. As always, this CST kit is the finest suspension lift available for the Chevrolet and GMC HD trucks - period! Built in Riverside, California, this is an all American product built by American workers! The CSS-C3-9 kit provides 9.00 inches of lift using a 9.00" drop down one-piece welded subframe. This is good for a few reasons.... It means front axleshaft joint angles remain well within factory tolerances and this reduces the likelyhood of premature CV joint wear or failure. It also keeps the steering geometry in check and helps retain the factory geometry. The GM engineers spent countless hours designing the steering system on your truck, and for good reason. CST understands this and tries very hard to maintain factory geometry. This ensures your truck will drive and handle as the engineers designed it to. In other words, when you turn the steering wheel the truck will actually turn. A few "other" kits on the market handle like junk, just ask their owners! The CST 9-11" kit does NOT require a new steering knuckle or CV spacer like other kits and this also means reduced CV wear and differential damage. Even better, the CST kit does not drastically widen the front of the vehicle like other kits do. A narrower front track width means less wear and tear on steering and suspension related components and the ability to run larger tire and wheel combos! It also opens up a wider range of possible wheel choices. The ability to use a wheel with more backspace means more choices are available to you. The CST 9-11" 2500HD and 3500 SRW kit does require some cutting but only on the back side of the driverside lower control arm mount. That's it! The CST kit includes the now famous CST 1-piece welded subrame along with strut bar supports that increase strength and really lock the suspension into the frame. Supported upper control arm drop mounts, a heim joint (rod ends) equipped steering linkage, and the awesome CST gloss black powder coat make this kit look as good as it performs.

To complete this kit you will need to purchase the CST dual shock upper control arm and the CST dual shock hoop mount kit. Shock absorbers are also necessary and not included. And at the suggestion of PerformanceLifts.com, a pair of CST replacement rear spring packs to lift the rear. The CST spring packs are thin leaf progressive rate springs that provide approximately 8" of lift over stock springs. This is enough to level most trucks that set the front kit to provide 10" of lift. If you adjust the torsion bars up to provide the full 11" of lift from the kit you may want to add a 1" block kit in addition to the rear springs to level the truck front to back.
