This Bilstein BE5-E376-H0 shock absorber has an ingeniously simple coil seat system that allows you to adjust the front ride height of your 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 or 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 or GMC Sierra 1500. This item fits both the 2wd and 4wd models. By moving a heavy duty snap ring up or down the machined shock body you can increase or decrease the spring pre-load, thereby providing more or less lift. With 2.00" inches of lift you can clear up to a 285/70/17 or 285/65/18 series tire on the factory GM wheel. Other tire and wheel combinations may also work. Aftermarket wheels and larger than stock tire sizes may require trimming to clear, please verify correct fitment before purchase to eliminate any surprises.
